The original Dzus® tools were basically "hammer" hand tools that were not designed for production, only basic field replacement of the stud-grommet assembly.  Years ago, Skybolt fabricated a C-Clamp system with tool dies that was an improvement to the hammer system.  Only, the clamp system was inadequate for larger stud-grommets and not exactly precision.  We developed the SK2018 clamp system for the serious FBO Repair Shop emphasizing quality and precision.  The SK2018-C1 Clamp works great in field repairs and is specifically designed to replace Bonanza Dzus® fasteners without removing the cowling.  Interchangeable die sets will fit all common Dzus® sizes.

For shop production and restoration, the same SK2018 dies sets will adapt to any 2-ton Arbor Bench Press.  The following video shows how productive this system can be.
