The exclusive Skybolt™ CLoc® Sets take advantage of the unique Skybolt designed adjustable locking receptacle.  The SK2000 Series fasteners are the perfect selection for light to medium duty applications (up to 300 LB tensile/shear); panel overlap of ½” minimum; grip range up to .340 to .370 inch (8.63 to 9.39 mm).  SET1 sets include our SK213-2 adjustable receptacle for 3/32 rivets (aviation).  SET2 sets include our SK213-28 adjustable receptacle for 1/8 rivets (industrial and racing). 

The SK4000 Series fasteners are for heavy duty applications (up to 1000 LB tensile/shear); panel overlap of 1” minimum; .grip range up to .340 inch (8.63mm).  SET1 sets include our SK245-4 adjustable receptacle for 1/8 rivets (aviation, industrial, racing).  Use TEMPLATE-215 and TEMPLATE-245 or TEMPLATE-245 and Skybone-21416 for drilling rivet holes and expanding the inner panel receptacle hole.
