Selecting the Right CLoc® Series

1. Application Type

• Non-structural access panels → CLoc® 2000 Series
• Semi-structural installations → CLoc® 4000 or 6000 Series (Use 6000 Series when panel overlap exceeds 1.00")

2. Panel Overlap / Lip Width

Available mounting width determines receptacle compatibility:

• 0.355" – 0.500" → CLoc® 2500 Series
• 0.500" – 0.710" → CLoc® 2600 / 2700 / 2800 Series
• 0.710" or greater → CLoc® 4000 or 6000 Series (0.860" minimum for SK244/245 floating receptacles)

3. Weight Optimization

• Skytanium® (ZG Series) – 30–50% weight reduction vs. steel with equivalent strength ratings

4. Receptacle Mounting Style

• Rivet receptacle
