Adjust any #5 and #6 ZLoc (Dzus) Springs for proper locking torque. By adjusting spring height, there is no need for multiple stud lengths. On stud length will fastener the entire panel no matter how much the panel thickness varies from hole to hole. For #5 studs (5/16 shank diameter), use a standard SK5-325 Spring; for #6 studs (7/16 shank diameter), use a standard SK6-375 Spring.
