This modified notched receptacle was used in some C180s and C182s in the lower cowling front left corner. It was used for clearance for the stud in a slide into position portion of the cowling. The original part was a Camloc floating receptacle. We designed our part as a replacement using the non-floating SK214 receptacle. it can also replace those airframes that used a Dzus stud in this location.
